We charge a flat management fee of 10% of the annual rental value.
Example:
Monthly rent: R60,000
Annual rent: R60,000 × 12 = R720,000
10% Management fee: R72,000 (R6,000/month)
Agreement Terms & Termination
Legal advice is recommended to ensure all contracts meet regulatory requirements and protect both parties’ interests.
Duration:
Agreements may be fixed-term or open-ended, with specified notice periods.
Termination Clauses Include:

Site Meetings & Inspections
